Asturias Steel Industry Pole
The aim of this initiative is to innovate to create value in the production process of the industrial group of steel, naval and wind power sectors in Asturias. To achieve these industrial development targets, large companies, small SMEs and suppliers have joined forces to unite their knowledge and technology.
The Asturias Steel Industry Pole follows a line of action driven by business promotion agencies in the region, a sign that the Asturian business fabric is an ideal investment hub, aligned with the priorities established by the RIS3 – Research and Innovation Smart Specialization Strategy – promoted by the European Commission.
