The S3 Smart Specialisation Strategy for Asturias 2021‑2027 sets the priorities for the region, taking into account the specialisation of our industry. The regional S3 has been designed under the coordination of the Regional Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities and with the support of SEKUENS as the Technical Secretariat and it presents itself as an instrument of economic transformation that supports the industrial transition and the change to a new production model.
